About Kim:

Kim Koteff is the owner and president of KCI Meetings, a boutique consulting firm supporting the meetings industry with services spanning site selection, contract negotiations, logistics, registration, sponsorship and exhibit sales, and on-site event management. A seasoned Meeting & Event Manager, Kim brings over three decades of hospitality experience to the table.

Kim is guided by the belief that strong client partnerships are the cornerstone of successful meetings. For 18 years, Kim has been a dedicated supporter of this conference, spending the last 9 as conference manager. But none of that success would be possible without the full support of her team — Trish Strong, Jay Mauk, and Genetra Tull — who have stood alongside her supporting this event for 10 years.

Why Kim was Nominated:

Kim Koteff and the KCI Meetings team were nominated for the APTA Private Practice Service Award in recognition of their longstanding partnership, exceptional service and impact on the organization’s member experiences.

Under Kim’s leadership, the Annual Conference has grown to more than 2,000 attendees while achieving a Net Promoter Score of 83 and generating revenue that supports additional member programs and resources.

Her team also manages logistics for Board meetings, Graham Sessions and Peer2Peer Networks. More than a vendor, Kim and KCI are described as trusted teammates who understand APTA Private Practice’s mission, anticipate challenges and consistently deliver with professionalism, humility and care.
