The Peer2Peer Workgroup (P2P WG) provides strategic oversight, curriculum guidance, recruitment support, and continuous improvement for the Peer2Peer NetWorks program. The workgroup ensures the program advances its core objectives: fostering meaningful connections, driving accountability through KPI benchmarking, encouraging leadership development, facilitating structured problem-solving, and supporting long-term member retention.
