This webinar expands on therapist recruitment strategies within physical therapy private practice and applies key business principles to workforce planning. Participants will engage in practical, real-world skills to begin creating, enhancing, and sustaining a strategic hiring pipeline that supports patient access, productivity, and clinic growth. Content will address strengthening online employer presence, optimizing job postings, and effectively using major recruiting platforms.  Participants will also learn how to evaluate and utilize recruitment tools such as sponsored listings, resume databases, and applicant tracking systems, including when these tools add value.

The session will further cover best practices for organizing candidate pipelines and maintaining timely communication to support a positive employer brand and minimize candidate loss. Attendees will improve their skills in sourcing candidates, structuring recruitment processes, and aligning hiring strategies with clinical demand. These competencies promote stronger decision-making in physical therapy staffing and business management, helping participants reduce last-minute staffing shortages, enhance the candidate experience, and build a sustainable therapist pipeline.
