APTA Private Practice joined other small business minded health care provider organizations in urging the GOP Doctors Caucus to join Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) in a letter to U.S. House and Senate leadership asking for a fix to the glitch in H.R. 1 that would limit the ability of small health care businesses to deduct state and local taxes at the entity level.
