Live Webinar - Cash Revenue Opportunities: 3 Steps to Selecting a Profitable Cash Program to Expand Your Business
July 21 | 7 pm Eastern | 4 pm Pacific
Speakers: Melissa Garland, Chris Cochella
Private practice owners are under increasing pressure to “add something” — a gym membership, a performance program, a wellness offering. But diversification without strategy can erode margin and dilute clinical identity. The most sustainable cash-based expansions are not those that reinvent your clinic; they are the ones that increase the financial productivity of your clinical expertise. This webinar presents a three-step framework to help clinic owners identify cash-based services that maximize clinical authority, strengthen gross profit, and extend patient relationships.

Make Connections
Peer2Peer Registration is now open!
The Peer2Peer program empowers owners of PT practices, from single-site to multi-clinic businesses, to "Think Like a CEO" and construct their ideal future. This journey begins with fostering connections and assembling a network of private practice owners from non-competitive settings. This team will provide support through complex decisions, allow for shared learning from triumphs and setbacks, and cultivate enduring friendships.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with all applicants reviewed for group placement in February 2027. Early application is encouraged to secure the lowest program rate and allow additional time for thoughtful group matching.
