KPI Benchmarking Study
Results
For those who submitted data, study results will be sent a week before the Summit, giving you the opportunity to review and discuss them with your group. This data is essential for measuring your practice's success, and we encourage all Peer2Peer members to participate annually.
KPI Calculator Refresher
As a quick refresher, you may also revisit the KPI Calculator developed by APTA Private Practice and the on-demand walkthrough video with Mike Horsfield. The recording reviews how to enter your data, interpret benchmarks, and identify key opportunities for improvement.

5:15–6:15 PM – Opening Keynote "The Mind of a Leader" by Amy Lafko (Paris/Patla)
The foundation of leadership is not the ability to speak like a leader or act like a leader; it is to think like a leader. Skills can only be successfully implemented with the right mindset and intentions behind them.
In this interactive and experiential keynote presentation, Amy Lafko takes the audience into the mind of a leader with humor and storytelling from her personal and professional experience. Through “the tale of two leaders” listeners are encouraged to examine their own mindset and intentions of leadership. The audience is invited to explore aspects of their mindset and intentions. They will be challenged to let go of the outdated patient first mentality and shift their intentions to putting their people first.
