Meet the Speakers
Lori Dillon, MPA | Chief People Officer, Therapeutic Associates Inc
Lori Dillon joined the Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy team in 2006 after beginning her career in nonprofit arts administration and as a professional performer. She is currently the Chief People Officer, working alongside teams in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and People Analytics to ensure that the organization’s people thrive alongside its financial, operational, and customer experience goals.
In addition to tracking traditional data points to measure employee experience over time, Lori and her team led Therapeutic Associates through a year-long, research-supported initiative to formally measure "joy in work" starting in 2023.
Lori earned her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 2012. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her husband, family, friends, supporting the arts, and cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers.
Daniel Bajus, DPT | CEO, Limitless Physical Therapy
Dan is the founder and CEO of Limitless Physical Therapy Specialists (LPTS), a privately owned outpatient clinic serving patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and pelvic floor conditions. Since founding LPTS in 2010, Dan has focused on cultivating a culture that empowers his team to thrive both personally and professionally.
Actively engaged in his local community, Dan provides coaching to individual entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As part of his Peer2Peer involvement, he, along with Rich Baudry and Russ Certo, has developed a 12-month leadership curriculum designed to nurture young leaders and build the next generation of great physical therapy entrepreneurs.
Rich Baudry, PT, DPT | CEO of Baudry Physical Therapy & BRIO
Rich Baudry is the founder and CEO of Baudry Physical Therapy and BRIO, 2 health
performance businesses based in the New Orleans area. With over 32 years of experience, Rich has built a reputation for delivering top-tier therapy and health performance services for both individuals and corporations. The businesses specialize in helping people regain their BRIO, which is their vim, vigor, and vitality for life. Rich says they will only work with elite athletes, which he defines as anyone from the age of 5-96 who wants to get better. His clinical expertise spans a broad range of specialties, including diagnostics, neuromuscular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, work-related injury, and return to work. Rich uses his experience in exercise science, psychology, and physical therapy to lead BRIO in providing health performance services to restore and maximize health for individuals and employees.
Rich is a Physical Therapy graduate of the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute. With his extensive educational background and experience in the field, he has led both Baudry Physical Therapy and BRIO to become respected providers of health care.
In addition to his clinical role, Rich is dedicated to the advancement of the physical therapy and wellness professions. He is an active leader in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), serving many roles as an advocate for the interests of physical therapists at a local and national level. Rich has been a member of the APTA Private Practice Peer2Peer program since 2016 and is particularly proud of the growth within his peer group over this time.
Rich's passion for physical therapy, patient-centered care, and growth continues to drive his leadership within business and community, to ensure that people experience all physical therapists have to offer and that physical therapists become all they can be for their communities.
Josh D'Angelo, PT, DPT | CEO, MovementX
Joshua D’Angelo is a doctor of physical therapy and a board-certified orthopedic specialist who has co-founded and led organizations focused on improving healthcare access and innovating healthcare delivery. He co-founded MovementX, a movement health platform that provides high-quality physical therapy services whenever and wherever they are needed most.
Dr. D’Angelo also co-founded Move Together, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to quality rehab medicine worldwide, where he served as COO until 2021. He co-created the first PT Day of Service, which has united over 20,000 people across 90 countries in giving back to their communities. He has also served as a delegate for the DC Chapter of APTA, president of APTA’s Student Assembly, and chair of APTA’s New Professionals Committee.
Dr. D’Angelo has spoken nationally and internationally on physical therapy, leadership, and global health. He currently serves as CEO of MovementX, as an adjunct faculty member at The George Washington University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, on the American Physical Therapy Association’s Finance Committee, and on the Alumni Council of the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan.
Mike Osler, PT, DPT | Director of Business Coaching, 8150 Advisors
Mike is a proven leader in the PT industry. As a member of the 8150 Advisors team, he is passionate about helping others maximize their personal and professional value. Mike collaborates with private practice owners on strategic growth, developing next-level leaders, improving operational efficiency, and fostering team engagement.
Before joining the 8150 team, Mike helped Rock Valley Physical Therapy grow from 26 to 52 locations as its VP of Growth & Development. He also served as Director of Operations for Proaxis Therapy, where he played a key role in developing physician relations, operational excellence, clinical quality, and a five-star patient experience. Mike has served APTA Private Practice as a Federal Affairs Liaison, APTA Delegate, PPS Impact Editorial Board Member, and PPS Annual Conference presenter.
Mike earned degrees from Mount Union College, Indiana Wesleyan University (specializing in leadership), and Duke University (DPT). He is a Certified Coach and DISC Personality Assessment Trainer through the Maxwell Leadership Team.
In addition to his business ventures, Mike has led trips to Rwanda, Kenya, and Malawi with Zoe Empowers, a program that transforms child-headed households from charity to self-sufficiency. Mike lives in Iowa with his wife, Kim, their four boys, and two dogs.
APTA Board of Directors
The APTA Board of Directors guides the association’s mission to advance the physical therapy profession. Led by President Kyle Covington, PT, DPT, PhD, the Board comprises 16 members, including six officers, nine directors, and one public member.
