Front Desk 101

Welcome to the Front Desk 101 webinar series, designed to help your administrative staff implement best practices and develop consistent, efficient processes in your clinic. Created as an orientation course, this series accommodates both experienced individuals and those new to administrative duties in an outpatient therapy clinic. Prerecorded in February 2023, the series includes 10 modules that build sequentially, so it’s important to complete them in order.
