Welcome to the Front Desk 101 webinar series, designed to help your administrative staff implement best practices and develop consistent, efficient processes in your clinic. Created as an orientation course, this series accommodates both experienced individuals and those new to administrative duties in an outpatient therapy clinic. Prerecorded in February 2023, the series includes 10 modules that build sequentially, so it’s important to complete them in order. Each module, except for HIPAA, is 30 minutes or less, making it easy to fit into busy schedules and ensuring better retention of new material. While we can’t cover every clinic-specific scenario, this training, combined with your own clinic-specific onboarding, will provide a strong foundation for your team.
