About Ty: 

Ty Berrett has served as the Executive Director of Western Rehabilitation Health Network (WRHN) since 2024, leading a network of more than 360 private practice physical therapy clinics across Utah and Idaho. In this role, he works to strengthen independent rehabilitation providers through contracting, payer relations, advocacy, and supporting Primary Care Physical Therapy initiatives.

Prior to joining WRHN, Ty spent 30 years with Rocky Mountain Therapy Services, a multi-state private practice group with clinics serving Utah, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon. He most recently served as Chief Operations Officer, where he led operational strategy, practice growth, and organizational development.

An active advocate for the physical therapy profession, Ty has collaborated with the Utah Labor Commission and APTA Utah since 1993 to advance fair reimbursement, improve access to physical therapy services, and promote the value of physical therapists within the healthcare system. He continues to advocate initiatives that elevate physical therapy as a critical component of high-value, patient-centered healthcare

With decades of experience in practice operations and reimbursement advocacy, Ty has consistently worked to improve access to care, advance fair reimbursement and support the sustainability of physical therapist-owned businesses.
