KPI Benchmarking Study & Calculator

It's more than data. It's your livelihood.

Measuring and responding to key performance indicators (KPIs) is critical to building a strong, sustainable practice—and now is the time to take action!
The APTA Private Practice KPI Benchmarking Program gives members the opportunity to submit their data and see how their practice compares to peers nationwide.

Good news for you!
Peer2Peer NetWorks participants are automatically enrolled in the KPI Benchmarking Program as part of their Peer2Peer participation—no additional registration required.

What now?
You should have already received an email from Vault Consulting with instructions to log in and submit your data, which is due by March 6.

If you don’t receive an email by Friday, February 13, feel free to reach out to Ian Santo-Domingo at isantod@vaultconsulting.com.  Your data is protected by Vault, so we are unable to assist you with login instructions.

Data is due by March 6, 2026.  Your data should be based on calendar year 2025 - or your most recently completed fiscal year, if different. If you’d like to get a head start on assembling your data, you can review the KPI definitions here

If you are new to the study, we recommend you watch the Operations 101 video series to learn more.

Results?
Study results will be sent a week before the Summit, giving you the opportunity to review and discuss them with your group. This data is essential for measuring your practice's success, and we encourage all Peer2Peer members to participate annually.

If you have questions about the KPI Benchmarking Study, please reach out to Carrie Stankiewicz at cstankiewicz@ppsapta.org.
